Followa does not use your data or your leads' data for advertising purposes.

Followa operates on WhatsApp Cloud API via Meta's Business Platform. By using Followa, you agree to comply with Meta's Business and Commerce Policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp messaging through Followa complies with applicable laws and Meta's guidelines, including obtaining necessary consents from your leads.

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect all data on our platform — including encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. Access to business and lead data is restricted to authorised Followa systems and personnel only.

Followa integrates with third-party infrastructure (including Meta/WhatsApp, cloud hosting providers, and communication services) to deliver the platform. We do not sell or trade your data. Data shared with third-party providers is limited to what is necessary for service delivery and governed by their respective privacy policies.

We retain your business data for the duration of your active subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or legitimate business need.
