Followa is an AI-powered WhatsApp automation platform designed to help coaching institutes and educational organisations manage enquiries, automate follow-ups, and improve lead conversion.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorised to represent your organisation.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities occurring under your account.
• Ensuring that information provided to Followa remains accurate and up to date.

Followa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

• Access to Followa may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Pricing may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

Followa integrates with third-party platforms including Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and related services.

You acknowledge that:

• Platform functionality depends on the availability of third-party services.
• Followa is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or actions taken by Meta or other third-party providers.
• You must comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications.
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit Followa's software.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Followa may suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

You retain ownership of all customer, lead, and conversation data submitted to the platform.

You grant Followa a limited licence to process such data solely for:

• Providing the service.
• Delivering automation workflows.
• Generating analytics and reports.
• Improving platform functionality.

Followa does not sell customer data.

Followa may generate automated responses, follow-up messages, recommendations, and communication content using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving communications where required.
• Followa does not guarantee conversion rates, admissions, revenue growth, or business outcomes.

All platform software, designs, branding, logos, workflows, code, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Followa.

No rights are granted except for the limited right to use the service under your active subscription.

While Followa aims to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance activities.
• Infrastructure failures.
• Third-party outages.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Followa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Followa is not responsible for lost profits, lost admissions, lost leads, or business interruptions.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Followa during the previous three (3) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Followa, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your communications with leads or customers.
• Violations of these Terms.
• Violations of WhatsApp or Meta policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to Followa if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Required payments are not made.
• Continued use creates legal, security, or operational risks.

Upon termination, access to the platform may be discontinued immediately.

Followa may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
